For destination events, our approach begins with the venue and the environment. We research the space, the local climate, and what flowers will thrive in that location, while still maintaining the refined style our clients expect.
From there, we work hand in hand with your planner to ensure every detail feels cohesive. We consider the guest’s first view, stationery, linens, lighting, and layout, because every element plays a role in the overall experience.
Collaboration with planners is one of our greatest strengths. Together, we bring every detail into harmony and create a design that feels intentional, elevated, and perfectly suited to the destination.
Creative direction includes floral design and planning - this means we are handling the entire visual aesthetic of your day, from the overall concept down to the smallest details. We work closely with your planner to curate every element so that the florals highlight and enhance the details you have already chosen.

• Table shape and layout
• Linens, flatware, and stemware
• Candles and taper selection
• Vessels, containers, and installations
• Flower varieties and arrangements

Destination weddings benefit from thoughtful lead time. Our studio accepts a maximum of eight weddings each year, allowing us to remain closely involved in every detail, from early planning through celebration.
Upon inquiry, your date is held with us while we collaborate on the scope, location, and overall design direction.
Each destination wedding is considered on a case by case basis. When timelines and vision align, we are able to support the planning process in a meaningful way and create work that feels cohesive, considered, and truly memorable.
