This year, we're focusing on the three P's: process, pricing, and profit.

Day 1 we being with refining your business skills. This day offers a deeper understanding of pricing strategies, the intricacies of running a successful floral business, goal setting, setting fair prices, and navigating the world of contracts and logistics.
and Day 2 and 3 are thoughtfully crafted to create an inclusive environment for professionals, newcomers, and flower lovers.
These days will be dedicated to exploring color theory, mastering design principles, creating beautiful bouquets, crafting captivating centerpieces, and completing grand-scale installations.
All of your work will be captured by our professional photographer, ensuring your talents are showcased beautifully.

This retreat offers a unique experience unlike any we’ve had before. In addition to engaging with beautiful flowers, learning new techniques, and creating large installations, wellness is at the heart of our retreat. We’ve incorporated time for mindfulness, morning yoga, hikes into nature and with all of us staying on the property - we’ll also enjoy meals together.

Detailed itineraries with a list of activities will be sent out to each attendee. This is your time- attend what you want, and make this most out of your experience. If you would like to have your significant other attend with you we would love to have them! Be sure to check out the second option.

The event will be held at the prestigious Reading Farms Estate, located in the picturesque Reading, Vermont, right outside of Woodstock. Private rooms for you or you and your partner with Queen size beds.

With over 13 years of experience Lacy has created events for clients with immaculate taste and a passion for creating experiences. With a strong background in Design, she holds a degree in Interior Design and a Master’s in Architecture which has helped her in creating seamless events that are developed and designed with a strong attention to detail.
Lacy’s clients can trust that they will receive not only excellent care in the planning process but that the production of their event will strive to meet their expectations on every level.

Bouquets + Centerpieces

Together, we'll delve into color theory, shapes, textures, the mechanics of floral design, transportation tips, the chicken wire vs. foam debate, the art of working with ribbons, and the secrets to crafting your own stunning bouquets and centerpieces. The best part? We've got you covered with all the necessary materials.
During our time together, I'll personally demonstrate the creation of a bouquet and centerpiece right before your eyes. This ensures that you have a front-row seat to every step of the design process. With our limited seating, you'll have plenty of one-on-one time to discuss your technique and ask any questions that arise. We're committed to creating a supportive and interactive learning environment for you.
