Retreat Itinerary

Day 1: Business & Branding in Florence

Upon arrival, we’ll gather in the breathtaking setting of Florence to dive into the business side of floral design. Esteemed planner Lacey Geary will lead discussions on marketability, website optimization, and social media strategy, and  you’ll gain insight into my unique pricing structure—one that’s unlike anything you’ve learned before—designed to differentiate you in a competitive market.

Day 2: Inspiration Through Art & Culture

We’ll take a journey into Florence, soaking in the local culture and history that have made this city an artistic capital for centuries. A guided tour will offer inspiration that we’ll later incorporate into our floral design process. Please note: Breakfast will be provided but lunch will  not provided on this day, and any activities outside of the provided tours you choose to participate in will be at your own cost.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll walk through the charming streets of Europe, share aperitivos, and end the night come together for dinner with classic Negronis in hand.

Day 3: Design, Wine, & Culinary Arts

We’ll start the day with an optional  early morning wellness session to align our minds and bodies for the creative work ahead. Our floral workshop will focus on centerpiece design, with our creations serving as the centerpiece for that evening’s group dinner.

As night falls, well upgrade our attire and indulge in a wine tasting and cooking course, celebrating the beauty of both our floral artistry and the culinary delights of Italy.

Day 4: Foraging, Installation & Reflection

On our final day, we’ll take a walk through the Florentine countryside, gathering inspiration and foraging materials for our large-scale floral installation. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture the beauty of our work, and attendees will receive headshots and photos throughout the retreat.

As the retreat comes to a close, we’ll gather around a bonfire, enjoying homemade pizza from our private chef while reflecting on all we’ve learned.
